Caregiving is an act of love that can be incredibly challenging. Menna started Prepare to Care(give) because she has been where you are. The process of all areas of caregiving can be overwhelming and often confusing because it becomes layered in so many ways. Navigating medical forms, long nights, and difficult conversations between family members and the person receiving care.

Menna realized that while there are many tips to doing caregiving there is not a pathway that is structured and repeatable for caregiving. Our mission is to offer tools that invite confidence to care for your loved without losing yourself in the process.
